Returns & Exchanges

At Misaanjh, each piece is created and packed with care. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges in a simple, transparent way.

Return & Exchange Window

Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any requests.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video for verification. This helps us ensure every return is handled fairly and safely.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including ritual products, teas, candles, balms, perfumes, sale items, and gift cards.

Return Shipping

A flat return shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for all approved returns. This will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same product category, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or video. We will prioritise resolving this for you.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved returns or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
