Welcome to MiSaanjh.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MiSaanjh website, including its content, features, products, services and online store (collectively, the “Services”).

MiSaanjh is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store.

By accessing, browsing or using our Services, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy.

Once an order has been accepted, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by you.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Products purchased through our website are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical or technical errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not generally receive or store complete payment credentials such as your full card number where such information is processed directly by the payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We process and dispatch orders according to the information provided in our Shipping Policy.

Any delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational circumstances and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the applicable delivery partner, delivery is subject to the delivery partner's network and processes.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

MiSaanjh is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy.
